My encounter with Tony Rosica was heaven sent. Long story short we had my Mom and Dad’s house listed on the market for 6 months with not one offer. We signed with a new agent and that night I found an old note in my parents’ home attached to an article written about Tony. The note was from my Dad written to me his son, it said “Larry this is Realtor to sell my house.” Before my parents passing I had many financial conversations with them, however we never discussed selling the house. I called Tony not knowing if he was still a realtor. I told Tony the story and he remember my Dad and the house and said he would be honored to sell the home. I called the new agent we just signed and he was gracious enough to release us and said, “I hope one day I have an impact on someone to leave a note referring me”. I live out of state and was not aware of any contractors and had no local contacts. Tony has a wealth of contacts and provide all of them. His contacts were just like Tony all very helpful, professional and compassionate and very, very fair with their prices. Tony’s negotiation skills are unsurpassed, he secured an equitable offer. Tony worked unselfishly after hours and weekends to close the deal in 30 days. Days before closing can be stressful, but Tony always remained calm and took control to make sure everything remained in order. He was always available and a gentleman. My Dad was a man of integrity and he selected a realtor with this similar trait. Some other adjectives to describe Tony are as follows: Honest, polite, fair, trustworthy, diligent, honorable, personable, family man, hardworking and kind just to name a few. My Dad in heaven sent Tony to us, today on earth I am recommending Tony to you!
